Welcome to Cherry Orchard Primary School

 Our school lies in the heart of the Royal Borough of Greenwich close to Royal Greenwich Park, the Cutty Sark and the Maritime Museum.  We ensure that our pupils gain a sense of what being a Londoner means through links with the National Gallery, The Heritage Centre and as a member of the London Schools Gold Club.

At Cherry Orchard, we aim to raise standards and achievement for all children through quality first teaching and a dyslexia friendly environment, in conjunction with understanding the whole child.

We believe that high standards of behaviour are achieved through working in partnership with parents and the community. Cultural diversity is valued and all members, both adults and children, are treated with respect. The early identification of individual needs, through ongoing monitoring and assessment, enables us to meet the needs of all learners.
